Hello Sian,

I have searched for him and his family, not sure if I have the correct
person because you didn't give place/date of birth for Arthur.
Was he born in Devon and was his wife named Catherine, if this is the
correct Arthur I located them in 1851,61.71 and by 1881 Catherine was listed as a
Widow, no sign of him afterwards.
Frederick the son was listed with his mother in 1881, did you locate Census
Enumerator as Arthur's occupation on his death certificate because on Census
record for 1871 he was a watchman in Iron Works.
What is the page numbers of the Census records that you have for Frederick
because I have not been able to locate him in 1891 and 1901.
