FORD - CLATWORTHY. May 21, 1899, at Merthyr Tydfil, by the Rector Rev. Daniel LEWIS and the Rev. D. JONES, Charles George, youngest son of the late Charles FORD, Plymouth, to Edith Gertrude, youngest daughter late James CLATWORTHY, Cardiff. Present address, 18, Westcott-street, Hull.

ENGAGEMENT.

HARTSHORN- RAW. The Engagement is announced between Mr Eric HARTSHORN, son of the Right Hon. Vernon HARTSHON, M.P.  and Mrs HARTSHON, Maesteg, and Miss Eileen RAW, daughter of Mr and Mrs J.J. RAW, Ninian-road, Cardiff.

DEATHS.

PADDISON. May 20th, at Tynyrheol House, Llantwit, Neath, Albert Beer, second son of the late William and Jennette PADDISON. Funeral strictly private.

PENGELLY. May 19th, at 104, Splott-road, after a short illness, Elizabeth Agnes, widow of Capt Henry PENGELLY, and daughter of the late Capt. Phillip JOHNS, of Penzanze.- Greatly loved.

SHEEN.- At Belgrave Hotel, Llandrindod Wells, Ursula SHEEN, widow of the late Mr Emanuel SHEEN, who died 19th May.Funeral 2.30 Friday. Private.

IN MEMORIAM.

EVANS. In Ever-loving Memory of our darling daughter, Rachel Margaret, who died May 21st, 1919, in her 21st year: also our darling daughter, Gwenllian Mary, who died December 1st, 1917 in her ninth year, the dearly -beloved children of Ex-police-sergeant Henry and Mrs EVANS, Abercynon. Thy will be done.
