Everton Publishing published 3 or 4 volumes called "Our Native American
Ancestors." Volume 1 lists all the censuses and give the Family History
Library Film number. They can be borrowed through your local Family History
Center. The current cost is $5.50 per roll.

I have that volume and will be happy to look up the film numbers.

Since they are National Archives microfilms, they can probably still be
purchased from them or borrowed interlibrary loan through a public or
university library. I'm not sure NARA is still in the IL film program.
There was some talk a few years ago about NARA getting out of it. I think
the purchase price per roll is $34.00. The best bet is to go to their
website www.nara.gov .
