Interesting discussion...

Are we following the family of Robert Montgomery, born ca. 1680 (Jamestown or
Campbell, VA?) and then his son, James's line? I have tons of loose ends in
this line, but the names from the muster roll seem to be James and his sons,
including Samuel, born about 1721, mentioned in Bill Cook's comments.

Additionally, if you have more of the genealogy of this line, I would like to
be able to share family with you.
