I go thru the State of Ohio and the Ohio historical Society for all my
death certificate needs. The 1942 one will cost you $1 thru the Historical
Society (See http://www.ohiohistory.org/resource/archlib/death1.html )
and the 1953 you can get for ,05 thru the state of Ohio.

and get information on both.

Works great for me! I use this site all the time. Cheapest way to get
them I've found.
