--Ralph W. "Bill" Moore, 74, of Greeley died Monday, June 7, at the
Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado inpatient unit,
Greeley.


He was born May 23, 1930, in Quaker City, Ohio, to Ralph Spencer and
Minnie Lee (Brawley) Moore.


On Jan. 20, 1957, he married Nancy M. Wells in Caldwell, Ohio. She is
deceased.


Mr. Moore graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree
in animal science. He served in the Army from 1952-1954 and was based in
Atlanta during the Korean War.


Mr. Moore enjoyed people and devoted his time to others. He was a
supporter of Habitat for Humanity, Weld Food Bank, FH Youth and FFA. He
was a member of AA for more than 15 years. His companion was his dog,
Buddy.


Survivors are a daughter, Ann Kossack and husband Bill of Westminster; a
son, Jeff Moore and wife Gwen of Greeley; and two grandchildren, Kevin
Brunk and Katie Brunk, both of Westminster. His parents are deceased.


Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the First United Methodist
Church, 917 10th Ave., Greeley. Cremation. Inurnment will be at Sunset
Memorial Gardens, Greeley.


A reception will be at First United Methodist Church following
inurnment.


Memorial gifts may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern
Colorado, Habitat for Humanity or the Weld Food Bank, in care of
Stoddard Funeral Home, 3205 28th St., Greeley, CO 80634.
