Some of the accounts in material at the Guthrie Co Historical Soc say that Abraham moved to Guthrie co in 1850, but I could not verify that from call to the recorder's office which said records only went to 1852

John G. Culbertson & Wife

Abram Moore

Know all men by these presents that we John G. Culbertson and Mary Culbertson of Johnson County State of Iowa for and in consideration of two hundred dollars hereby convey into Abram Moore of Guthrie County and State of Iowa the West half of the Southwest quarter and the South East quarter of the North West quarter and South West quarter of the North East quarter of Section No Thirtyfive (35) In Township No Seventy nine (79) North of Range No Thirty (30) West 5 P na containing 160 acres more or less and I John Culbertson hereby warrent the title forever against all persons whomsoever take title escepted
Witness our hands and seals this first day of October AD 1853
