Looking for Nellie Foster, born to Lucy nee Taggart and William M. Foster.
Day she was born was Dec 25. I thought I had the year somelace, but can'f
find it now.

Nellie was said to have been an "Ozark gal" by some relatives in some
messages. does anyone have Taggart and Foster connections.

Nellie m. James Higgins Parker #2 in Lafayette Co MO and they moved to
Julesburg, Sedgwick Co, CO -- where James Higgins Parker #4 now resides
and farms the original Higgins farm there.
