I purchased a copy of the book in July last year (2003). They were selling
them at the Gainesville Senior Center at the time. They only had a few
copies left, but were planning on doing a reprint with an update some time
this year. The copies they had were $50 if obtained locally (Gainesville)
or $60-65 if they had to send it thru the mail.
