This is Nazareth Lutheran

There are occasional mentions of these cemeteries in the Records of
the Moravians in NC, but no systematic list of burials, just
occasionally a note that one of the Moravian ministers conducted a
funeral at one of them.

However, there is also a published set of Forsyth county cemetery
records, in five volumes. Shiloh and Nazareth Lutheran are
definitely included in those books. I don't remember if the others
are or not, but I can check for you.
