this is who i have for isaac and mary's children:

1 aden 1.Adan 1. Sichy
2 susanne 2.William 2.William H. H.
3 william 3.Samuel H. 3.Mary
4 wilson 4.Sarah 4.Isaac H.
5 george 5.Hannah 5.Samuel N.
6 samuel 6.Jacob 6.Aden
7 sarah 7.Elizabeth 7.Christian Jocob
8 rufina 8.John C. 8.Florinda
9 elizabeth 9.Mary 9.Elias Madison
10 mary 10.Rhoda
The third column is the children of Mary and Samuel

as you can see, i have no hannah, jacob or john. i am wondering if susanne
could be hannah, or perhaps rufina? those people from cocke county, tenn
must have had some accent :) i find different spellings a lot :) i have not
heard of jacob or john in this list before.
