That's awesome Carter. I lost my tree last year on the computer and I've
been re-inputting it slowly from a printed copy and this gave me the
excuse to do my Cates/Bales lines. I've finished my Cates lines plus
added some from the 1971 Ray County History book (mom gave it to me for
Xmas). I'll work on the Bales probably tomorrow. Does anyone on the
list know if Duncan Weber is still alive? And does he still own the
Cates homestead in Ray County?

PS: One of the Bales relatives mentioned that he had Bates from
