I BELIEVE THAT BY 1850/1860 ALL TOWNSHIPS WERE AS THEY ARE NOW. MAYBE EVEN
EARLYER THAN THAT.
NO RICHLAND TOWNSHIP (EVER) BUT THERE WAS A RICHMOND TOWNSHIP
