Oliver married Harriett Brady 12Feb1852, that is after this 1850 census.so probably Emiline and children were out of picture.

then Mrs. Harriett Creason married Alexander McVeigh 3Apr1860

she probably inherited the land and married McVeigh and their children may have gotten the land.
just guessing?
