Well, it is still there!

The index in Elgin Library refers among others to an instrument of Sasine
(land ownership) dating from 1766; the sale of lands and estate by John
Innes in 1793; the let of the farm in 1838 and 1855; and its sale (again) in
1840.

There is also a description of the farm and gardens in 1940.

You could get copies of these from the Elgin Local Heritage Centre, e-mail
. At the moment they cost 40p per sheet.
