Hello all,

Can anyone tell me how long they have waited between
requesting a quote on the LIBINDX website and receiving an answer?

I love LIBINDX, it has given me some new sources to follow
up, but unfortunately I haven't heard back from either of my two initial
requests. It must be a month to six weeks now.
I just wanted to know if this was a usual waiting time, as I
am absolutely itching to find out what one particular entry might tell
me about GGGG-grandparents who are proving to be excruciatingly
difficult to pin down.

And, if it's not too cheeky, perhaps if someone local will
be visiting the Heritage Centre in the next little while
could I ask a favour - and be put out of my misery on this
one entry?

The background, briefly:
I have the death certificate of my GGGG-grandmother - she
died in 1873. I am doing my best to pin down which of many John's is
her husband and any clues are like gold dust.
Anyway the LIBINDX entry for her in the poor register is
1878 - just a little late, unless there is a transcription error (8 for
an 3).
