Hi Lynn,

Here's either a little useless red herring or a little useful gold dust.

I have an Ann McWILLIAM born 1850 in Huntly, illeg daughter of John
McWILLIAM and Jane SCROGGIE.
She's with her maternal grandparents in Huntly in 1851 (age 7m) and 1861
(age 10y).

The IGI has her born 1854 (clearly incorrect) and baptised 1854 Huntly:
ANN MCWILLIAM
Birth: 1854
Christening: 1854 Huntly, Aberdeen, Scotland
Father: JOHN MCWILLIAM Mother: JANE SCROGGIE (C112024)

I have no other info on the father John McWILLIAM.
