Don't know if you've tried looking but there's a death for a Bella (Dot)
Taylor in 1993 in Kyogle area (northern NSW) on the Ryerson Index:

Don't know if this is your Bella but this lady was 71 in 1993, so the
age fits.

G'day Cobbers,

I'm trying to locate a cousin Bella TAYLOR [nee GRANT] who migrated to
Australia in the 1950's, following her parents, David Johnson & Isabella
Melvin (Bella) [nee McLEAN] GRANT, who also migrated to Australia.

Bella would be in her 80's now or indeed may have died. The last know
address that I have for the family is Mr R. J. TAYLOR, 2 Burrawong
Crescent,
Camden, NSW.

I have sent a letter to this address but it was returned with an
Australia
Post sticker saying "Left Address/Unknown".

Bella is unaware that I trying to trace the family down and is also
unaware
that she has close cousins living in Australia and that she, unbeknown
to
her & her parents, were living in very close proximity to some first
cousins
from their McLEAN family.

Any help greatly appreciated.
