Hi Marlene Amos Ireland Morris is the same person you have. The parents
are not listed , but from there all the notes are here and kids and adults
too. This material has some of the Census notes and personal notes and I
have many more listings for the NJ Morris family. I am related to them.
There were some born in England and others born in NJ, and NY and elsewhere.
I am just giving a Quick summary. Sharon, I am related directly to the NJ.
Morris family and the New York Morrises and also to the PA group and further
west. Amos Ireland Morris material is complete except for the parents.
Many records were burned around the time of the Civil War in many parts of
the country. Many of the Northern Morrises fought for the South especially
the PA. volunteers and others as well.
The notes I have now show census notes throughout the pages and It may be a
notated copy. This is very detailed and I will get a copy made soon. I
need some Black ink for my Printer-actually the Cartridge is in need of
replacement. This material gives the Microfilm record #s and all the other
material. too. Good luck with the search. Sharon, we are the only active
Morris site specializing in the family on MyFamily that I have been able to
locate. I would like to invite you to join us at TINYM'S HOME OF THE
ANGELS. Marlene and over 100 others are now members and enjoy the Genealogy
and FRIENDSHIP. If you would be interested in joining us, just contact me
at I am Paul Morris Hilton - the OWNER/
ADMIN. of the site. We have over a hundred members who are active and
perhaps we can track down the MORRIS Genealogy which you are looking for.
Bye for now and all the best to both you and Marlene. LOL, Paul.
