From the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, 15 Aug 1892, p. 2:
"McMAHON -- On Sunday, Aug. 14, at 1:40 a.m., HUGH F., beloved husband
of Catherine McMahon, nee Leonard, after a brief illness, in the 32nd year
of his age.

His funeral will take place from his late residence, No. 123 Elm street,
on Tuesday, Aug. 16, at 9 a.m., to Cathedral Church, thence to Calvary
Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
