Could someone relate Bonhomme (1830), Merrimack (1840), and Meramec (1850), to modern-day St. Louis. In 1850, my gr-gr-Grandfather - Starkes S. Cockrill - lived in Bonhomme Township; his wife died and was buried before the family migrated to Fayette Co., TX. I'm trying to narrow my cemetery search. Just email me, please.
