thru Winchester, VA in the mid to late 1700's..."

Can you connect Peter Moyers/Myers b. 1752 in Berks Co. PA , lived in Winchester VA for 22-23 years (from about 1794 - 1816-17) then 3 more years in VA (probably heading toward the gap) finally ending up in Lincoln Co. TN by the 1820 census to either of the above families?
