I am looking for gravesite of my ggrandfather, Eliga A. Smith who died March 14, 1929 in Saltillo, MS and according to his death certificate was buried on March 15, 1929 in Bynum Cemetery. The undertaker was H. C. Stovall of Saltillo. I cannot find a cemetery named 'Bynum'. This cemetery may be near an 'Old Folks Home' owned by a Mr. Eli Bunum that was located near Saltillo, and the name of the cemetery may have changed. Anyone have any knowledge of this?
