The information below on Mary Ferrill Chatham list her and her family in the 1850 Jones County, Ms. census. She is also listed in the Jones County 1840 census, but her husband Claiborn was not, so he must have died between 1835, the year the last child was born and the 1840 census, however, I have no information to confirm that.

Mary Ferrill Chatham's daughter Martha Chatham married James Dixon who is also listed with the family. James Dixon is the son of Mary Ferrill Chatham's sister Elizabeth Ferrill Dixon, and Robert Dixon.
