This Indenture made and entered into this 11th day of February A.D.
1870 by and between Thomas Moore party of the first part, and Persons
Wells, party of the second part, both of the county of Claiborne and
State of Mississippi. Witnesseth That for and in consideration of the
Sum of One Dollar to him in hand paid by said party of the second part
the receipt whereof if hereby acknowledged, the said party of the
first part has and by these presents doth sell, convey, release and
forever grant claim unto the said party of the second part, his heirs
&c. all the estate, right, title and interest, property, claim and
demand whatsoever, in law or equity, which he, the said party of the
first part has of in or to the following described tract, piece or
parcel of land, lying being and situated in said County and State, to
Wit: all of that tract of land which is bounded on the North by the
road leading from the Warrenton (?) and Port Gibson Road.....
