Thanks for keeping me updated. I signed it as well. One of my ancestors was a native choctow in the Port Gibson area. I've never been able to find out if he was fathered by one of the Gibson's or if he just took the name. His mother was half choctow and half English. Say, let me know if you ever run across anything on a John Wiley Miller. He came from England with his brother, daughter and a slave girl. They lived in their own made up town of Freewoods which is still there today. Thanks.
