Does anyone have access to this book above or the 1820 Mississippi Census?

I am looking for a Ray that would have resided in Mississippi in
1820, but whose birthplace was Kentucky. And who married a
woman who was born in Mississippi. As to what names I am looking for I
couldn't tell you. Just that the last name is Ray.

My great-great grandfather's father is said to be born in Kentucky and
his mother in Mississippi.
