Thanks for that info, most of which I had but not in
that form. My ancestors lived near Rodney on their
Plantation Pegan Grove which we are told a shell came
over the house and hit the barn. I went to Rodney
Summer before last and saw the church and cannon ball
for my self.

sources, probably the same ones you have.

I wonder if your folks' barn was among the four
buildings damaged.
