Hello,
Looking for any information regarding:
Sarah "Sally?" BAZAR
born: prob. Abt. 1800 in ?/poss. in Jefferson/Pickering County,
Mississippi area
died: Abt. 1830 prob. in Copiah County, Mississippi
md: December 17, 1822 in Jefferson/Pickering County, Mississippi
(Who were her parents?)
md: Jeremiah PARKER
I believe that this is my paternal 2nd great grandfather, Jeremiah "Jerry"
PARKER, born: 1795/Abt. 1795 in Maryland, (still looking for proof of this date
and location,) died: Bet. November 1858 to 1870 in either Smith or Rankin
County, Mississippi, who later married as his 2nd?/3rd? wife, my paternal 2nd
great grandmother, Sarah "Sally" JENNINGS, born: 1821/22 in Covington County,
Alabama or Covington County, Mississippi, died: daughter of Bailey JENNINGS,
born: Abt. 1789 prob. in Old 96th District, South Carolina, died: Aft. 1870 in
either Rankin County, Mississippi or Simpson County, Mississippi.
Jeremiah "Jerry" PARKER is found in the 1830 and 1840 Copiah County,
Mississippi with an unidentified wife and unidentified children, (whom I believe
probably were named: (Son)/William? PARKER, James Henry PARKER,
(Daughter)/Sarah?/Sally? PARKER, (Son)/Nathaniel?/Isaac? PARKER, and Robert Anderson PARKER,
Sr.,) and then again in the 1850 Smith County, Mississippi with his 2nd?/3rd?
wife, Sarah "Sally" JENNINGS, and his second set of 3 much younger children whose
names were, Jacob A. "Jake?" PARKER, Ann PARKER, and Miriam PARKER, and then
in the 1870 Rankin County, Mississippi census, Mrs. Sarah "Sally" JENNINGS
PARKER is found as the head of the household and listed with her children, George
Washington PARKER, Tabitha PARKER, Richard Thomas PARKER, Catherine Eliza
PARKER, George Basil PARKER, and Spencer B. PARKER, (my 2nd great grandfather.)
Looking forward to hearing from anybody that connects to any of this
information.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Bellinda Myrick-Barnett
