Subject: [MSJEFFER-L] I found the Trunnell family!!!!!!!

Hi every one, I just have to share this with you all. I have been
looking
for ancestors for a long time and the other night I hit gold!!!!! As
I am
sure some of you know, finding family members is a hard job, but
finding family
members if they are African American is extra hard because of slavery
and the
reconstruction. Many African Americans were born at home so in many
cases,
there is not even a birth certificate to document a birth. Well, the
other
day I ran across my great uncle and that just opened the door to me.
I found
my great grandmother and great grandfather, great great grandfather
and yes I
found my great, great, great grandfather as well, along with a number
of
other family members. This was indeed a wonderful feeling. I just had
to share
that with you. If any of you are looking for the Trunnell (trenell,
trennel)
family just let me know and I will be happy to share the info with
you.
