Listed as Wilie Wilson on the 1870 Census for Jefferson County, MS with wife, son Thomas,age 3 and a daughter Eliza Ann age 1. Another female in the household aged 8 looks like Sylla. Several Black females of the right age in Mississippi in 1870 but none named Tilgman or any spelling like it. Closest is a Lucy Talbot in Claiborne County with possible father, John Talbot age 80 in 1870.
