Found reference in DardenDiary at Jefferson County genweb to Currie graveyards E. of Fayette. Is there a WPA or other transcription of those graveyards? Searching for Catherine/Katherine Cromartie, Mrs. Alexander Currie. They arrived in MS around 1800. Catherine was sister of Margaret Nancy Cromartie, Mrs. William Shaw who is buried at Lorman. Catherine and Margaret were sisters of my gggfs James Cromartie and Peter Patrick Cromartie. All these Cromarties were born in Bladen County, NC. They were Presbyterian.
