Hello, I am looking again for info on my g-grandfather Elijah Creel,
born abt 1845, died 1899 Mobile County, AL.

Elijah was son of Wesley Creel
[Wesley was son of Thomas Creel, SC>TN>MS & Elizabeth Dearman.

Elijah's mother was Mrs. Jerusha Nicholas-Creel, from Warrior, AL.

Elijah married Nancy Byrum(?) Dickerson(?) and had 2 sons, Frank Creel
& Thomas Creel. Nancy had a son by another marriage named John
Dickerson(?). My spelling could be wrong.

After they divorced, abt 1879, I "think" in Lauderdale Co., MS; Elijah
married Leviney "Vina" Dearman, born 1866, Meridian, MS; died Aug 1929,
both buried Mobile Co., AL. I have no info on her family. They possibly
married in MS or AL. Elijah & Vina both last resided in Wheelerville &
Grand Bay, AL before his death in 1899.

Any info or leads on where they where married, or anything on the boys
Frank & Thomas Creel families' would be great. thank you.
