Need the help of PRICE researchers that have "Meredith" in the family line. I am trying to get info on ancestry of one Meredith PRICE that appears in 1840-1860 Federal Censuses for Lauderdale County, Mississippi. I know "Meredith" appears often in PRICE family lines - and I wonder if anyone might be able to place this Meredith.

All I know is information from the three censuses that he and family appear in Lauderdale County, Mississippi. It appears he might have been born between 1793-1795 in North Carolina/Georgia and possibly had two wives. First one appears to have passed before the 1840 census (there is no female of age noted in the 1840 census), and he is married to a "Mary" in the 1850/1860 censuses.

Elizabeth - Born Abt 1831 TN
Nancy - Born Abt 1833 AL/TN
Martha - Born Abt 1835 AL
Mary A. - Born Abt 1837 AL/MS

Wife No. 2: John M. - Born Abt 1841 MS
Rebecca - Born Abt 1845/1848 MS
