Hi Jean,
I have a Leroy A. Sadler who md. Susan E. Trotter (the dtr. of my 4x great grandmother
by her first husband James Trotter) October 31, 1861 in Marshall Co., MS. Could this be
your Leroy Amaziah? That is the only info I have on Leroy but have been trying to track
down any of his relatives in hopes they might have info. Susan's mother was Elizabeth A.
Rook Trotter Slocumb and her second hus. Joseph Riley Slocumb was my 4x great grandfather.

Subject: [MSMARSHA-L] Sadler Family
Hello,
I am looking for info on Thomas Sadler b 1796. He married Rebecca Hill
in Lincoln Co NC in 1822. He moved to Marshall Co MS before the Civil
War. There is a Thos. A Saddler listed in the Marshall Co 1850 census.
I believe he lived in Marshall county until his death.
Children I have listed for him are:
William Hill, Hartwell Spain, Thomas, Drury, Jeremiah, Leroy Amaziah,
Jane, Susan Rebecca, Nancy Elizabeth, and Absolom.
Several of the sons were in the Civil War but I don't know where they
enlisted - possibly Shelby Co?
Can anyone offer clues to info on Thomas or children?
Thanks, Jean
