I have located a copy of a Civil War diary by Thomas B. Webber, at one time a merchant and postmaster in Byhalia prior to the Civil War. He joined the Confederate army and was an officer in Morgan's Raiders. His grave is in the Holly Springs Cemetery. In transcribing the diary I would like to have more info on Mr. Webber, hopefully, a picture & family info. According to Bobby mitchell, he was married to Ann Bogan on Dec, 31, 1866, which would be after returning to Marshall County. What was his occupation ? Did they have children? I would appreciate any leads.
