I'm wondering if we are in the same line of Lays. I'm descended from James M. Lay (my 3rd gr grandfater); Lewis Simpson Lay (my 2nd gr grandfather); Robert Buchanan Lay (my great grandfather); Newman Davis Lay (my grandfather). These must be related somehow to the Lays buried in the Lay Cemetery, but I don't know how. I wish I had more information on my Lay lineage. Let me know if you have information on any of these names.
