Perhaps. It is confusing. George W. Shrader was born about 1832 in AL. He was the son of Henry Shrader and Mary Weatherly. George is found in the 1860 census in Shelby County, AL on page 78. He is married to Louisa and has five children: Marvin, Manon?, Mary, John, and Louisa. Mary was born in 1856. George is found in the 1880 census in Washington Co, MS on page 270. He has children: Sam, Edward, and Fred. The key piece of information is the 1870 census where I have not yet found him. If your Mary Shrarder was born about 1856, it is a good bet that she was the one in this family.
I have found in Goodspeed's History of MS, a note that list Bettie Sharder as the child of George. She was born in 1863 and married in Washington Co, MS in 1880 before the census. Thus the 1870 census is critical for my proof.
Do you have any additional information about this family?
