LOOSE PROBATE RECORDS OF WILKINSON COUNTY, MS

Bunyan Tillery…he is 21 years old and that his wife, Ethel Tillery departed
this life some weeks ago, and at the time of her death had a fixed place of
residence in said county; petitioner further shows that his said wife died
intestate and left a small estate, personal, consisting of one thousand dollars
insured on her life..
DATED Nov. 7, 1905
….The premises considered, your administrator (Bunyan Tillery) prays that the
children of said deceased and your administrator viz: Iona Tillery, Bergon
Tillery, Etta Tillery and Norman Tillery, whose ages are respectfully 12, 10, 8
and 4 years, be summoned as required by law…
