The "Old Ellison Plantation" is no more. You'll find the foundation only. There are some gravesites on the plantation; but, unfortunately, they have been plowed under for farm use. You will find many Ellison family members buried at the Ellison Church nearby. I don't remember the address. My cousin, Susie Bull from the Bull Homestead on Hwy 16 (Canton Road), took my sister and myself there when we visited a couple of years ago.
There is a Bull-Ellison connection, as well. David King, b. 3 Oct 1837, m. Susan Ellison in Yazoo Co, MS, d. 9 Feb 1910. Susan Ellison b. 9 Jan 1839, d. 16 Sep 1922. David was the son of James Campbell Bull and Lydia King. I do not have Susan Ellison's parents data. Can you help with that?
Also, was Mary Moore related to Thomas Milner Moore? Thomas Milner Moore married Sarah Fredonia "Donie" Bull.
Thank you for your time and considerations!
Roger Charles Bull
