One of my gr-gr-grandmother's maiden name was Ross, Nancy. She came to
Mississippi as the wife of Henry Franklin Adams, Sr., from Georgia. (He was
planter in Madison Co., MS). I believe her parents to be Ann and Gerald
Ross. Ann Gerald was listed on 1860 (I think 1860) MS census in the Adams
household as "widow". I noticed that in your surname list, there was
"Ross" listed so that is the reason for inquiry. Want to learn more about
this Ross family. Thanks, L. Swinney
