Note: I am not related to this family--I am posting this to help others.

from The Republican (Danville, Indiana)--issue of Thursday, June 23, 1904--page 4, column 3:

From the Helena, Montana Independent of June 15, we note the following: "A pretty home wedding was that solemnized last evening at the residence of Mrs. D.W. Grinnell, 919 Fifth avenue, when Hugh C. Cline, of Lewistown and Miss Minnie Mienand, of Helena, were made husband and wife. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Arthur R. Kasey, pastor of Grand street M.E. church, south. Only a few friends were present, these including Mrs. R.W. Neill, Mrs. J.A. Black and Mrs. Grinnell. Following the marriage refreshments were served. The bridegroom was formerly in the service of the Northern Pacific as operator and agent but devoted himself to the study of law and recently graduated from the Indianapolis law school. On Monday he was admitted to practice by the supreme court. He will locate at Lewistown." Hendricks county is the home of Hugh and there are many here who wish that he may make a success in life and that all of its good things may come his way. It was well known that!
he was going west to seek a location for life's battles but very few were aware that a bride was to be one of his earliest objects. We extend the usual well wishes.
