I need to find my biological family. My grandparents are William R. Smith and Agnes M. (Belgarde) Smith who raised me with their nine children until I was 3 years old. I was born in 1955 to Helen Lea Smith. My name was RICHARD (Ricky) DALE SMITH. I have a younger sister.
I was taken off the reservation at 3 years of age and later adopted out in Ohio in 1960 through Childrens' Services.
My adopted name is Edward J. Heald.
Can you help me? Thanks.This has been a 30 year journey.
