Daniel,
You say your roots are New York City, & Canada. Where in Canada? Do you
have an ancestor Isaac W. Murphy, (b. 1845-Carleton Place, Ont, Canada, d.
1902 Potsdam, N.Y.) Isaac changed his (Morphy) name to Murphy. His brother
was John W. Morphy of Potsdam, N.Y. We show Andrew and many Edmond's on our
line of Morphy's.
