Hi all, hope someone recognizes this family. Mary E. Mathis Foster Murphy, born April 15, 1857, died Nov. 17, 1936. First husband may have been George (or Charles ) Foster, had at least one daughter by him, her name was Beulah Estelle Foster Wilson born April 25, 1880, died Jan. 6, 1978, married to a John C. Wilson, lived in Rome Ga.. Had one son by the name of Charles S. Foster born 1884, in 1930 wifes name was Elota age 36, son John B. age 12, daughter Mary E. age 9 , daughter Emma C. age 7, son Charles Jr. age 5, daughter Georgia or Georgie A. age 4. They were in Elkins, N. C. Children from the marriage to Mr. Murphy are 1. Moody Andrew Murphy born May 1894, wifes name was Madell, son named Charles ( age 2 in 1930) Mary E. Murphy was living with them in Homestead, Fl. 2. Willie Annie Murphy Davis born 1890 ish, married George B. Davis, they had the following children, George B. Davis Jr., Charles Thomas Davis, Frances Elizabeth Davis, Virginia Ann Davis, and a grandso!
