Hi Dee,
I looked at the message you sent to the MURPHY-ROOTS-web, and my
husband his Mother always call him ASKEW,
And she writes it just like the one written, with Maggie, at the end, and
another thing, I also have a cousin , in St Vincent, who is a Murphy,
and They call him CORLTY, I know that is not his real name, its a nickname,
his real name is CALBERT,
But why they call him by CORLTY, I really don't know, and when he is
signing his name , would you believe it that he writes CORLTY CALBERT ,
MURPHY, Just thought that I will let you know , that the name look
familiar to me,
Rita Henry ( Murphy )
