Hi Mark,
John Greene Murphey, son of Archibald of Caswell NC, lived in Pittsylvania
county in 1814. Since he did not remove to Tennessee until 1817, I am
assuming the John Murphey from Bedford TN is not my guy. Hope that
eliminates one of your questions.
