I'm not related to your Nellie Murray, but I could point you in the right direction with a few more clues.

If she lived within the city limits odds are her family is in the city directory. If you know the date of their Marriage that would narrow the dates to search through the city directories (If I'm not mistaken, the Cincinnati Main library has them back to 1865). They don't list children, but, if she was a young adult before marriage, she would be in one of them.

It may take some digging, but you should be able to find something. The census may be a good resource.
