Yes, that is my line of Murray's. :-)

The children of Great GrandDad W.H. Murray's brothers and sisters called Granddad "Uncle Billy."

I got some of my info from a great book there at the Laurel County Historical Society in London, Kentucky, entitled SAY HELLO TO THE MURRAY FAMILY:A FAMILY HISTORY 1784-1989.

I tried contacting the author in Indiana and couldn't get a response. I would love to find out more about the Murrays and meet other Murrays. I live in Michigan and only get south now to my home state of Kentucky a few times a year.

Have you been to the cemetery at the Macedonia Church near London in Kentucky? My great granddad and his first wife Mary C. "Brigman" Murray are buried there. Would love to find out some information on Great Grandmother Mary. I have never even seen a picture of her.
