Hello to all,

I am knew to the list and caught the tale end of a look up request and thought
maybe someone could help. I am looking for the name BROOKBANK as Master
Mariners from Norfolk. George I found in the Lloyds list for 1877 as captain
of Widgeon in Blyth, he would be about 40 years old at that time. I would like
to get some details about his years at sea.
I am looking for his son William Alfred who was captain of a ship called
Zurich. William was born in 1867 in Blyth, so was maybe on the Zurich in the
late 1890s.
